Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using AIMFirm services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. Services

AIMFirm provides consulting, software-enabled workflows, and related support. We may update service features over time.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and lawful content.
• Maintain security of your systems, credentials, and accounts.
• Use services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees, billing terms, and taxes are defined in your order form, proposal, or separate written agreement with AIMFirm.

5. Intellectual Property

AIMFirm retains rights to its platform, methods, templates, and pre-existing materials. You retain rights to your data and business content. Any custom ownership terms must be set in a written agreement.

6. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect confidential information of the other party and use it only to perform obligations under these Terms.

7. Privacy and Data Processing

Personal data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy. Additional data processing terms may apply in a separate agreement.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. AIMFirm disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIMFirm is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid to AIMFirm in the 12 months before the claim, unless a different cap is agreed in writing.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate as described in a written agreement, or immediately for material breach not cured within a reasonable period.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws stated in your signed agreement with AIMFirm. If no separate agreement exists, governing law and venue will be determined by AIMFirm’s principal place of business.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
